Production process:
Step 1: Mounding. According to the customers' request, we make different moulds to satisfy various needs. The ceramic muds are put into the mould to form the required shape. So the original shape comes out and then it is being clotted. There are two kinds of moulds, stall mould and on-line mould. Stall mould is commonly used for moulding.On the other hand, On-line mould is that the mud is injected through the pipes into toilet automatically, saving time and energy.
Step 2: Glazing. The glaze is gushed evenly on the semi finished articles. We use imported better glaze in order to guarantee the quality. We also have experienced workers to make sure every single article is exquisite and smooth after it is finished.
Step 3: Baking. After being gushed, the semi finished articles are baked under high temperature up to 1200 degree in the advanced tunnel kiln, finally becoming finished products.
Step 4: Checking. After the above processes, the products are basically completed, except for the checking and packing. Quality control is the most important factor of our products. We have skillful quality staff to check all the products. We make sure every article is intact and useful. And offer quality stamp on every piece of product for your feedback.
Step 5: Toilet has the basic water flushing test to ensure that every piece of products has the strong and 3/6 liters water saving flushing. Equipped with slow down or normal quick down plastic /MDF
seat cover according to customer's request.
